Arkansas Highway 103 is a state highway of 39.7 miles (63.9 km) in Newton and Carroll Counties.[1][2]
AR 103 begins at AR 43 near Ponca. It runs northwest to US 412/AR 68 near Osage. The route runs with these routes for a short distance until arrowing north to US 62 in Green Forest. After Green Forest, the route tails north to Oak Forest, where the route terminates at AR 21.
Arkansas Highway 103 is a state highway of 23.9 miles (38.5 km) in Johnson County.[3]
AR 103 begins at Jamestown Road and runs north across I-40. The route continues north through Clarksville, concurring with US 64 for 0.4 miles (0.64 km) and running through the University of the Ozarks. After Clarksville, the route runs northwest to Harmony with AR 164. North of Harmony, the route winds through Ozark National Forest until it termiantes at AR 215.
